AresTech ("we", "us", "our") is a technology services provider operated from the Netherlands, serving clients worldwide where legally permitted. Our website is arestech.dev.

We offer web development, SEO services, WordPress support, digital products, and related technology consulting. Service-specific terms may apply and will be communicated before work begins.

3. Bookings & payments

Support sessions and care plans require payment before the session begins. Prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing; active subscriptions will be notified 30 days in advance of any price change.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Availability

Standard support sessions are available during published business hours. Urgent sessions are available 24/7 with best-effort response times as advertised. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may occasionally be offline for maintenance or personal reasons.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including blog posts, tools, templates, and digital products — is owned by AresTech unless otherwise attributed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission.

Work produced for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our reviews or recommendations.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., search rankings, revenue increases). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
