  • Booking requests: Name, email, website URL, issue description — to deliver support services.
  • Analytics: Page views, referrer, browser (anonymized, no cookies) — to improve our content.
  • Affiliate clicks: Which tool links are clicked (anonymous) — to understand reader interests.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Consent: Newsletter subscriptions (you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • Contractual necessity: Contact form submissions and booking data to deliver requested services.
  • Legitimate interest: Anonymous analytics to improve our website.

We use your data exclusively to:

Contact submissions and booking data are retained for 2 years after the last interaction. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymized and retained indefinitely.
